Filini

Filini is a restaurant designed to be a modern style Trattoria, light and airy and approachable, to cater for a variety of age groups and tastes.

The ambience and atmosphere is subtle with some Mediterranean overtones, the décor being restrained and the the emphasis on the origins and the taste of the food.

Filini creates a sense of arrival, with a view through to an open kitchen/pizza oven, with the kitchen counter stocked with bottled fruits and fresh fruits and vegetables, creating a competent kitchen proud to show off its wares to the customer, allowing the customers to share in the excitement of the cooking style, and bringing them closer to the cooking environment.  Seeing the food prepared creates energy and excitement and introduces a sense of theatre that people participate in, also giving single diners something to focus on in the restaurant.

The addition of a club table, with views directly into the kitchen, enhances the experience of eating.  Overall, Filini aims to create a restaurant with a timeless quality
