Roy Ackerman has extensive experience with producing guidebooks. Past and current guides published include:

  • The Egon Ronay Guides
  • The Ackerman Guides
  • Cafés of Europe Guide
  • Martell Guide to Europe

A totally new concept for guides will be launched in late 2008.

Tadema studios has continued to inspect restaurants and hotels since the Egon Ronay and Ackerman Guides were sold in 1997, however, currently this information is not provided in the form of books or guides (other than the Café Guide to Europe), but is available to other organisations for reproduction.

2008 heralds the beginning of a new style of guide with the benefit of research carried out by qualified inspectors.
