Roy originated and presented the 6-part drama-documentary The Chef’s Apprentice (with accompanying book), networked on ITV and the Discovery Channel across the USA.

He has enjoyed a long working relationship with The Farnham Film Company, and so is able to offer cost-effective in-house video production for clients of Tadema Studios.
